Rather then me writing about it I have included some of the emails I received from principals and I will let them tell the story for me:
Could you pass on my congratulations to the Broulee School community for delivering the wonderful Building Digital Schools Conference.
It was a great event which promoted the school exceptionally well as a progressive, dynamic and engaging learning environment.
Well done to all.
Director, Public Schools NSW
I just wanted to thank you for the opportunity to spend time in your school on Thursday and Friday and learn more about Building Digital Schools. It has given us much to think about at Tilba and I can see we have a long way to go but you have motivated us to 'have a go'!.
Please thank your staff for their cooperation and willingness to share their expertise, especially Dave who gave me more time than he needed to discuss various issues.
At some stage later this year I would like to bring my school (all 40 of them!) up to share in what your children do each day if that is OK with you.
Once again, thanks - you've done a magnificent job!
I will be raving about the conference for quite some time to come!! I was just so impressed with the conference Sue, it was just such a refreshing enlightening experience. Could you add my congratulations to your school community as well.
Dear Broulee Students and Staff
Thank you so much for hosting us last Thursday/Friday and for all the effort you put into making us feel welcome and showing us your learning.
There was a real buzz and vibe about the school that we as visitors were all commenting on and we were amazed at how comfortable you were with having so many strangers among you asking questions. Everyone did a superb job.
We all went away with much to think about and wishing we could have stayed longer.
Thank you for a wonderful, exciting & inspiring 2 days at the conference. Congratulations to your exec, staff and particularly students.
Thanks again for the hard work done to organise this event

Thanks to Clare Dunn for her comitment, energy and knowledge in completing the fantastic mosaic panels around the pizza oven. Thanks also to the many students who helped with the top panels and to the staff and community who joined together on the weekend to make sure the oven was completely finished and ready to be fired.
Save the Date: Father's Day breakfast 4th Sept, check out our P&C information for all the details.
